Rebecca Heathcock
Project Manager / Communications Consultant

Rebecca Heathcock has over 15 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning and business analysis for public and private sector organizations. For the past 5 years, she has worked primarily as a project manager and communications consultant to local and state government agencies and non-profits, providing both technical and creative project management to support communication initiatives.

Prior to founding Synergy Partners in January 2008, Rebecca co-founded Enbient, an eBusiness development consultancy in Oakland, California where she provided project management, business analysis and communications consulting services to high tech and government clients along with several business partners. She began her career in product management and global business development working in Paris, France, where she managed product marketing for a major consumer packaged goods company in Europe and the US. She has also held marketing and business development positions at Apple, Sun Microsystems, Verizon Wireless, and Ubisoft Entertainment.

Rebecca is passionate about environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, energy conservation and caring economics. She holds an M.B.A. in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in French from the University of California at Berkeley. She is also an active member and supporter of the Pacific Northwest CleanTech Open, Smart Grid Oregon, and the Project Management Institute of Portland.
